Coachdeck was developed by a re-integration job coach who worked with trajectories, hours and reports every day, and sharpened further in collaboration with a re-integration company. That makes Coachdeck not a generic tool that was "adapted" to the sector afterwards, but software built from the ground up around how a trajectory really runs: from intake to completion, with the trajectory types, deadlines and reports a coach meets every day. The same base works for coaching firms and independent coaches, with its own Coach environment for those who do not work in re-integration.

Coachdeck can be set up flexibly around the trajectory structure of each client organisation.
Many re-integration firms currently work with a separate Excel overview, a shared folder structure (Drive/OneDrive) for documents, and separate invoicing on top. That works, until it doesn't. Coachdeck replaces those loose parts with one system.
With Excel plus folder structures, progress sits in a spreadsheet, documents in another folder, and invoicing in yet another file. In practice those three always drift apart. In Coachdeck everything belongs to the client's file: trajectory, hours, documents and invoices in one place, always up to date.
An Excel list never warns you by itself. Coachdeck automatically spots a trajectory about to miss a deadline, a client with whom there has been no contact for a long time, or a document checklist that has been open too long, and reports it in the inbox, instead of a coach having to check it themselves.
In a shared Drive folder with files, everyone with access sees everything. In Coachdeck a coach by default sees only their own caseload, administration sees everything, and every sensitive action (such as a document download) is logged: important with privacy-sensitive client data and GDPR.

A spreadsheet only records what has happened, not what still has to happen. Coachdeck shows per trajectory type exactly which steps and documents are still missing, instead of someone having to remember or ask.

Coachdeck comes in two variants. The Workspace (1 coach, the complete coach environment) costs €39 per month or €390 per year. The Management environment for organisations (from 2 coaches) costs €99 per month including 2 coaches, or €990 per year, with €29 per month per extra coach. Pay yearly in advance and you get 2 months off. Above 20 active clients per coach a storage surcharge of €7 per month applies for every next 20 clients (21 to 40: €7, 41 to 60: €14, and so on). Coachdeck can be expanded with modules. All amounts exclude 21% VAT and are invoiced monthly in advance (or yearly in advance with 2 months off).

Coachdeck supports trajectories from UWV, insurers, employers/own-risk bearers and municipalities, including track 1/2/3 trajectories.
Yes. Data is stored in the EU (hosting and database in Frankfurt). The connection is always encrypted, passwords are stored hashed (at least 12 characters), users are logged out automatically after inactivity, actions in client files are logged and there is a daily encrypted backup. Each organisation sees only its own data.
Monthly in advance: you receive an invoice every month for that month, with a payment term of 14 days. Yearly in advance: one invoice for 12 months, calculated as 10. Everything is invoiced by email.
Yes. You can cancel monthly with 1 month notice. With a yearly subscription the agreement runs until the end of the paid year. There is no automatic renewal: two months before the end you receive a notification and an email to renew.
