Add a prospect yourself
Someone who did not sign up through your request form, you add yourself under Requests: for example after a phone call, from your network or through a referral. The prospect appears under New and follows the same steps as every request: introduction, quote and agreement. A client is only created after agreement. You confirm that the person contacted you themselves, and without agreement the prospect is deleted automatically after 90 days.
Switch automatic messages on or off
The Automatic messages overview shows all emails and notifications Coachdeck sends by itself: when, to whom and whether they are on. For the session reminder, the notification for a request or quote without a response and the notification for a stalled trajectory you switch the notification on or off with one button. The timing stays as you had set it.
Trajectory templates
Record per type of trajectory how long it takes, how many sessions it includes and what it costs. You then create a new trajectory with one choice: trajectory from template. In the client's file you see how many sessions have taken place out of the planned number.
Ask for a review after completion
When completing a trajectory you email the participant a request to look back and give a review. The review stays internal for now: publishing it publicly is not yet possible.
Your own rate for an extra session
Set a rate for a session that falls outside the trajectory. When invoicing you choose extra session and the rate is already filled in.
Your own expectations text for your clients
Explain on your client's page what they can expect from you. The company sets a standard text and every coach can replace it with their own.
Colour schemes as a fixed choice
Choose one of six colour schemes for your environment, or set colours yourself. You also set the logo and the sender of your emails under House style.
You can skip the start list
The list of first steps for a new coach has a Skip button per step. A skipped step disappears from the list.
Link Google Calendar
Besides Outlook you can now also link your Google Calendar. You choose whether to link and can always unlink it again. For all users only after approval by Google; until then for a limited group.
Busy times from Outlook in the Coachdeck app
In the app on your phone you see on the home screen when you are busy today according to your Outlook calendar. The new version of the app is ready and will go out as soon as it is built, expected early November.
Pay for your subscription directly
You activate your subscription in one step: choose month or year, enter a discount code if you have one, and pay with iDEAL. The subscription is only active after payment. Paying yearly in advance means paying 10 months for 12. After every payment you receive the invoice as a PDF by email and you find all your invoices under Settings, Subscription.
Marketplace next to the bell
Next to the bell there is now a button to the Marketplace. Choose a client and buy tools and methods for that client. You get an invoice straight away for every purchase.
Logging in with your authenticator works better
Paste the six-digit code from your authenticator app or type it in: you continue straight away, without another click. The input fields are smaller and also fit on a phone. After setting up two-factor authentication you see a welcome screen.
A new login screen with updates
The login screen shows the most important news. Coachdeck manages it itself.
Direct debit (SEPA) through Mollie
Ready and will be switched on after the final test. With a subscription you can choose automatic debit. If a debit fails, you receive a message and the direct debit switches itself off, so you never pay twice.
For companies (Pathlight Engine)
Parts with the status In pilot are for a limited number of companies.
Have your environment set up, or provide the details yourself
A new Pathlight Engine company is set up with logo, colours, sender address, its own address (name.reflowly.nl) and its own texts for the clients. Coachdeck can do that for you, or you provide it yourself on a separate page. The link works for seven days and Coachdeck takes over when it is complete. The company name can also be changed afterwards.
Your own knowledge base
The company writes and organises articles, such as methods, ways of working and frequently asked questions. The connected coaches search and read them. Only the administrator writes, and a draft is only visible to the administrator.
A newsletter to the clients
The administrator writes a newsletter and sends it to the clients of the coaches who gave permission for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and anyone who unsubscribes receives nothing more.
Pathlight Engine: sell your own methods
A company puts its own coaching models or online modules in a catalogue with its own price. The connected coaches buy a method for a client and pay the company directly through the company's own Mollie account. The company sees a sales register per month and every coach receives an invoice in the company's name. Limited number of places.
Pathlight Engine: sign up and sign on the platform
A company signs up through a personal invitation. After logging in, the administrator reads the agreement and signs it digitally on the platform; the signed PDF arrives by email.
