Coachdeck was developed by a practising coach who worked with clients, trajectories, hours and reports every day, and sharpened further with coaches and re-integration coaches. That makes Coachdeck not a generic tool that was "adapted" afterwards, but software built from the ground up around how guidance really works, in coaching and in re-integration.
You work with personal data, sometimes with health information. That is why security comes first.

Coachdeck comes in two variants. The Workspace (1 coach, the complete coach environment) costs €39 per month or €390 per year. The Management environment for organisations (from 2 coaches) costs €99 per month including 2 coaches, or €990 per year, with €29 per month per extra coach. Pay yearly in advance and you get 2 months off. Above 20 active clients per coach a storage surcharge of €7 per month applies for every next 20 clients (21 to 40: €7, 41 to 60: €14, and so on). Coachdeck can be expanded with modules. All amounts exclude 21% VAT and are invoiced monthly in advance (or yearly in advance with 2 months off).

Yes. Data is stored in the EU (hosting and database in Frankfurt). The connection is always encrypted, passwords are stored hashed (at least 12 characters), users are logged out automatically after inactivity, actions in client files are logged and there is a daily encrypted backup. Each organisation sees only its own data.
Monthly in advance: you receive an invoice every month for that month, with a payment term of 14 days. Yearly in advance: one invoice for 12 months, calculated as 10. Everything is invoiced by email.
Yes. You can cancel monthly with 1 month notice. With a yearly subscription the agreement runs until the end of the paid year. There is no automatic renewal: two months before the end you receive a notification and an email to renew.
