Reporting to a client organisation without privacy risk

By the Coachdeck team · Updated on 18 October 2026.

A client organisation wants to know how things are going. Your client wants their conversations to stay private. This is how you combine the two.

Four rules

  1. Share numbers and progress, not the content of conversations.
  2. Mention names only with consent of the client.
  3. Agree beforehand what you report and how often.
  4. Use a fixed overview, so every client organisation gets the same.

How it works in Coachdeck

You create an overview with numbers, progress and hours, as a PDF or through a viewing link. Names are only included with the client's consent, and never the content of conversations.

Re-integration firms can also generate plans of approach and periodic reports directly as a Word document. More on the page for re-integration.

Frequently asked questions

Does a client organisation see the content of my conversations?

No. A report contains numbers, progress and hours, and never the content of conversations.

How do I share the report?
